Daly City

Daly City sits right next door to our San Francisco base, so scheduling is quick. Many Westlake and Serramonte homes still have their original oak strip floors hiding under wall-to-wall carpet, and once the carpet comes up, a full sand and refinish usually brings them back.

Coastal fog means moisture is part of every job here. We check subfloors and boards before installing new hardwood, and recommend luxury vinyl plank for kitchens, baths, and garage conversions where humidity runs high.

From a single bedroom refinish to new floors throughout, Daly City homeowners get the same written estimate and walkthrough as every Estrada's job.
